PM turns 74: Rajinikanth to Akshay Kumar, celebs extend birthday wishes

On the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday, several prominent figures from the Indian film industry took to social media to send their heartfelt wishes. Among those extending greetings were superstars Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar, Chiranjeevi, Mammootty, Jackie Shroff, and Anupam Kher.
Rajinikanth, who recently met the Prime Minister, shared a warm message on X (formerly Twitter), saying, “A very happy birthday to our most respected honourable Prime minister dear Shri @narendramodi ji. I pray to god to always bless you with good health and happiness (sic).”
Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar expressed his admiration for Modi, tweeting, “Wishing you a very happy birthday, @narendramodi ji. We are all proud of what you are doing tirelessly for the country. I pray to God that you remain happy and healthy (sic).”
South Indian megastar Chiranjeevi also joined the well-wishers, sharing, “Happy Birthday to Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji ! May you have a long life filled with great health! May you be blessed with more strength to lead our nation to greater glories (sic)!!”
Malayalam cinema legend Mammootty posted a heartfelt message, writing, “Birthday Wishes to Honourable Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji #HappyBirthdayModiJi @PMOIndia (sic).”
Veteran actor Jackie Shroff kept it simple yet heartfelt, sharing a message on social media that read, Good Health Above All Happiness always! Janam Din ki Shubhkaamnaye @narendramodi (sic).”
Anupam Kher, a long-time supporter of the Prime Minister, shared a message on X, stating, “Respected Prime Minister #àäèàä°àå‡àä‚àäæàåàä°àä®àå‹àäæàå€ ji! Wishing you a very happy birthday! Mohanlal also wished PM Modi on X and wrote, “Birthday wishes to our respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modiji! Wishing you health, happiness, and strength as you lead our nation forward (sic).”
BJP MP and actor Kangana Ranaut also shared her heartfelt wishes on social media and wrote, “Today on this auspicious day of @narendramodi ji birthday launching a book edited by me at The India international center Delhi. Do come if you are around (sic).”
Born on September 17, 1950, in the small town of Mehsana, Gujarat, Narendra Damodardas Modi has risen from modest origins to become one of India’s most prominent political figures.
He served as the Chief Minister of Gujarat for three consecutive terms from 2001 to 2014, during which the state experienced notable economic development and governance reforms.
Modi’s political journey then advanced to the national level when he became Prime Minister of India in 2014, a position he currently holds in his third term.
