Vintage 830 fine Silver Over the Cup Tea Strainer 4 3/8"

This is a vintage 830 fine Silver over the cup tea strainer
This looks like it was hand cut.
**It is not marked anywhere but we put it on our radar gun and it tests 83% silver
It is a solid piece of silver
It is in beautiful estate condition with no monograms or damage
We didn't really polish this at all.  It is a nice old piece
It measures 4 3/8" long.  The width of the strainer part is 2 7/8"
It weighs 40.4 grams
