Scandinavian? 830 Silver Footed Bowl Handmade Marked 7" x 2" 226 grams

This listing is for an interesting hand crafted and footed with delicate feet (three footed) continental silver
(not silver plate)
bowl marked as 830 purity.
Other than the mark as shown in listing picture, which is stamped at inside center of bowl with S.830, I can't find any other marks to try and determine its maker. My guess is Scandinavian? Very good condition overall, just a few minor light surface scratches on the bottom and one little light scratch on inside bowl. Some tarnish and cold use a detail polishing.
Bowl measures 7" diameter x 2" height, and weighs 226 grams
